General Terms

Goods once sold will not be taken back unless eligible under our return policy.
All disputes are subject to Nagod Jurisdiction.
Orders can only be placed via our official website: https://buycircuitparts.com.
All payments must be made in advance via the secure payment gateway on our website.
If any item is unavailable or short in quantity, we will issue a refund for the shortfall. No objections will be entertained.
If a shipment is returned to us by the post office, a store coupon (excluding shipping charges) will be issued for the product value.

You may return products within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank; some processing time is required before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To return your product, mail it to the address above.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Cancellation requests must be made by email only.
Only orders in “Pending” or “Payment Verification” status can be changed or cancelled.
Orders beyond this stage cannot be changed or cancelled.
Some cancellations may incur a 5% bank charge depending on the payment gateway.
We do not accept cancellations or returns without valid reasons due to strict quality policies.
BuyCircuitParts reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.

We are not responsible for improper installation of our products.
Please ensure correct electrical polarity and proper handling when using our components.

We ship via reputed courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery.
Items may ship separately due to availability or packaging.
If packaging or product appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order number.

Our regular shipping partners include Shree Maruti, Trackon, and Delhivery.
We may ship via EMS Speed Post for remote locations, but this depends on postal approval as some post offices may reject packages considered at risk of damage.

We strive to dispatch orders same day; 99% of orders ship within 24 hours.
Orders ship Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:00 PM (except Sundays & holidays).
Delhivery orders placed before 2:00 PM are picked up same day; otherwise next business day.
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days; delays may occur due to courier processes.
